Zola, red currant and pear salad

Ingredients

Rumex red veined
Valerianella
Red radicchio
200g red currant
200g Zola cheese
1 pear
Evo oil, salt and pepper

Preparation

Wash the currant and gently dab it. Wash the pear and slice it. Cut the Zola cheese into cubes. Mix everything with the greens, then add oil, salt and pepper to taste.
