Ingredients

Valerianella
Red radicchio
Sugarloaf chicory
A bit of Gorgonzola cheese
1 beetroot
1 pear
Walnuts
Salt

Preparation

Cut the beetroot, the pear and the Gorgonzola cheese into cubes and put everything into a bowl. Add the valerianella, the red radicchio and the sugarloaf chicory. Mix everything together, add the walnuts and season to taste.
