Pack Choi Green
Pak Choi Green – or Chinese Cabbage – is a subspecies of Brassica Rapa, member of the family Brassicaceae or Cruciferae. It is typical of East Asia and native to China. It has thick smooth spoon-shaped green leaves and a translucent white stem.
Taste
faintly bitter, but more delicate than regular cabbage. It has a smooth consistency. It is best eaten raw in salads to give an oriental touch to the dish.
