Rumex Red Veined – or Black Cabbage, or Tuscan Kale – is a type of cabbage with ancient origins. It is part of Brassica Olearacea family. It is characterised by curly, dark green, almost black leaves.

Taste
it is characterised by a slight earthly and tangy flavour, with a sweet aftertaste. It has a milder and subtler taste than Kale.
