Red Mustard
Red Mustard is a member of the family Brassicacee with Asiatic origins. It is characterised by broad wrinkled oval-shaped violet leaves with scalloped margins.
Taste
it has a strong taste with a moderate spicy and peppery note. Because of the sapid mustard-like flavour, it is excellent in salads. It also pairs well with eggs, meat and cheese.
